ONFAB’s flexible nitrogen isolators are designed to support the manufacture of products susceptible to oxygen degradation. The main process chamber can be reduced to below 10% oxygen content. The nitrogen chambers can also be used for humidity control, bringing the humidity of the process area down to below 10% relative humidity.
Further safety is ensured with the isolators' air handling units, allowing the ducting of spent process nitrogen to existing extract positions. The isolators can be retrofitted to existing equipment or can be used as a stand-alone process environment.
