ONFAB's flexible centrifuge isolators enable operators to safely load, unload and remove contaminated process cloths.
Your product is safely introduced via product transfer valves, vacuum conveying systems or simple pass through chambers to ensure a clean in feed system. BIBO (Bag In Bag Out) ports or transfer valves support the safe removal of finished product. Cleaning can be performed via vacuum or water spray lance to allow a safe disconnect of the isolator. For difficult to recover products, the operator can access the product wearing a half suit, scrape as necessary and recover the maximum amount of product from the cloth/mesh face.
