With 17 years’ experience in sales and client service within the manufacturing industry, of which 12 were with engineering companies, no-one is better placed to understand client needs and develop the systems and processes that bring the team together to deliver advanced engineered products.
Sam has also been instrumental in rolling out our group-wide CRM system, enabling better customer communications and speeding up response times.
Outside work, Sam & her husband were inspired by Strictly to take up Ballroom and Latin dancing, which has led to Sam qualifying and teaching her own beginner’s classes. Her ambition is to visit every state in the USA, notching up 30 so far!
